Our sunny, two-level front and rear townhouses have all the modern amenities to make your summer vacation pleasurable and comfortable.

Each unit features the following:

  • 3 Bedrooms
  • 1.5 bathrooms
  • Sunny upper and lower decks
  • Living room with queen-size sleeper sofa
  • Dining room with seating for six
  • Fulll-size washer and dryer
  • Full-size kitchen with microwave and dishwasher
  • Ample closet space
  • Sleeping space for up to 8 guests
  • A/C window units in master bedrooms and kitchens, plus fans throughout the house

    • The front unit has TV/VCR, sunny front porches, and a small grass and flower garden. The rear unit has TV/VCR, oversized gated sundeck (perfect for small children), a gas grill, and an outdoor shower. Units have two off-street parking spots. Weekly rentals include four beach tags.

    Our townhouses are located in Ocean City’s peaceful and quiet Southend, perfect for families!

    Walking distance to:

  • 50th Street beach (1.5 blocks)
  • Corson’s Inlet State Park (7 blocks), perfect for nature hikes and bird-watching
  • Children’s playground (2 blocks)

  • Tennis Courts (15 blocks)
  • Golf Course (22 blocks)
  • Ocean City Municipal Airport (22 blocks)
  • Fishing boat rentals (20 Blocks)

    • A short drive to all of Southern New Jersey attractions, including Atlantic City and Cape May.
